If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase he can exercise his right of return request the replacement of the purchased items, within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods, with items of the same model, having a different size or colour, if available, or with another item available in store.

The customer has the possibility to choose between exchange or store credit.

The tag on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken. The request for replacement of the purchased items can only be accepted if all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS indicated below are respected.

  2. The return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by SCARPATO LUXURY is FREE.
    If the goods are returned using a different courier, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer and SCARPATO LUXURY will not be responsible in any way for lost or damaged items. By choosing to use a different carrier, the customer will be responsible for paying all taxes and charges, if applicable, at the time of shipment.

Items to be returned to SCARPATOLUXURY must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.

  1. The shipment of the goods must take place within 15 days of receiving the order.

It is possible to request the replacement of the items purchased with items of the same model, making the exchange for a different size/color if available.
After the item has been received by SCARPATOLUXURY and processed, SCARPATOLUXURY will proceed with shipping the new item.

After the item has been received by SCARPATOLUXURY and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for a future purchase.
Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all purchased items are returned.

      The Store Credit:
  • it can be used only once within 1 (ONE) month from the time of return;
  • cannot be cumulated with other Store Credits or other credits;
  • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.


  • The items must be shipped inside the SCARPATOLUXURY box, including a self-adhesive closure on the lid. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received. Only if the original box is no longer usable, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
  • The items must be returned with all labels and identification tags attached originally and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received together with the ordered item.  
  • The items of clothing they must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • Footwear and accessories they must be returned intact together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
  • Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Exchanges will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received.
  • Telephones and other electronic devices they cannot be returned or exchanged if removed from their packaging.
  • In the event that the customer believes he has received defective goods, or that errors have occurred in shipments, the customer is invited to immediately contact SCARPATO LUXURY reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective goods, bearing the shipping costs.

SCARPATOLUXURY reserves the right to refuse exchange requests for which all the foreseen TERMS AND CONDITIONS have not been respected. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with shipping costs charged to the customer.
